What we collect and why

• Booking data (name, email, phone, notes, chosen date): to run your workshop and send confirmations. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). Stored for 10 years for accounting.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin. We never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
• Hosting & database: Netlify (hosting, server logs) and Supabase (database, EU region Ireland). Processing agreements are in place.
• Newsletter (email, optional first name, interests): sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin) after you sign up. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), revocable any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Booking confirmations are also sent via Brevo.
• Map embed: the map on our site is loaded from Google Maps when the page is displayed. Google may set cookies.
• Fonts: loaded from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing and to object. Write to info@bubustudio.com. You may complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Technically necessary storage is used only during the booking process.
